Getting to Know Team Castaneda..

Natalie has over 30 years of Sales experience in both Title & Escrow . She has generated record-breaking revenues in Los Angeles and the Inland Empire and is well versed in all aspects of residential and commercial transactions. Natalie has also been a Sales Manager with a Sales Team under her and has recruited many reps in the past . Both Natalie and Paul combined have over 38 years of experience, working together as a Title team for the past five years , together we look forward to servicing you with all of your Title transactions.

Paul grew up around real estate professionals. So, at a very young age, he was learning the business from the sidelines before he even had the intention of starting his own journey. He cut his real estate teeth during the 2008 market crash, working on short sales at a mortgage company that his sister owned. In 2015, he took the plunge into the title side of things. He started working on a title unit as an assistant, learning all the ins and outs of real estate transactions on the inside. In 2017, he eagerly jumped into the field as an Account Executive and never looked back. Today, he and Natalie team up to help their clients with all of their title needs. Team Castaneda is a powerhouse mother-and-son team that is ready to help you with all your residential and commercial transactions, and guide you through any market!
